Close Account or Disconnect Service

Call or visit our business office in Watertown.

1. We need to know what day you want to close your account or disconnect your service.
2. We will also need an address for sending your final bill.

Based on your disconnect day, we will use a meter reading to calculate your final bill. We will apply any credits and/or deposits you may have with us to your final bill. Remember, you are responsible for electric service bills for accounts in your name until such time as you notify us and request disconnect.
