Annual Meeting

The next Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Codington County Extension Center.

A cooperative business is user-owned, user-controlled and provides services and benefits to member-users. Members exercise their democratic control by attending and participating in annual and other membership meetings.

2011 Annual Meeting of Members

At the annual meeting, members elect directors, witness reports and transact other such business as may come before the membership. Codington-Clark Electric Co-op's next annual membership meeting is tentatively scheduled for the last Saturday of March in Watertown, SD.
